Exchanges and Refunds:

We do not accept exchanges on any promotional items, discount codes, clearance, accessories, white clothing, and bodysuits. All these items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
We do not honor refunds.
The only option is to mail in for store credit for the purchase price of the item.
We are not responsible for not reading before purchasing.

RETURNS
Must email Dafichi.services@gmail.com for return approval.
Please include the order number in the initial email.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn.
Accessories, bodysuits, intimates, white clothing, or items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Where to return an item?
To return your product, you should mail your product to our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for our warehouse to receive may vary. Once received you will receive store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
